Paris Hilton and Stephanie Pratt have both been spotted in this French Connection short-sleeve monochrome stripe dress.
Both styled in it a similar fashion with their long blonde hair poker-straight and down and both wore black pumps although Paris added tights to her outfit and a black headband.
Although Paris has clearly spent too much time matching all the components of her outfit together, she wears this dress better in my opinion as Stephanie just looks too plain. Some statement jewellery would have livened up her look.
